After establishing herself at the company Catrin gained further responsibilities undertaking the role of marketing and promotions creating a new vibrant selection of advertisements, leaflets and promotional materials. Took on the task of daily bank reconciling, updating purchase ledger, working on the sales ledger and coordinating customer deliveries through operations. In 2014 the company introduced their new procedure for customer accounts, developing from a chit system to a fully Sage Accounting paperless system.
