Ciao, hola, bonjour, こんにちは… take your pick!I am passionate about understanding the science behind motivation and well-being. My interdisciplinary studies in Cognitive Science and Global Public Health give me a unique perspective on how people are motivated and how systems can be designed to create meaningful, positive change.Since graduating, I’ve immersed myself in new experiences—from teaching English in Spain through the NALCAP program, where I’ve helped Basque and Spanish-speaking students improve their English, to teaching private lessons and even leading yoga classes in Spanish. Volunteering with ISGlobal on the Resonate EU Horizon Project has also allowed me to explore the intersection of nature-based therapy and public health, contributing to research and project coordination.Learning languages has been a big part of my journey, with fluency in both Italian and Spanish (recently achieving C1 certification in the latter). Soon, I’ll also be starting Basque at an A1 level, as I continue to embrace the local culture. I’ve always believed that language is one of the best ways to connect with different communities, and these experiences have deepened my understanding and appreciation of the world around me.With my background and experiences, I’m excited to continue exploring opportunities where I can apply my skills—whether in public health, psychology, or beyond. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next as I grow in my career!
