As a strategic leader of technology and services finance and administrative organizations, as well as a general manager, owning the overall performance of the business, I have driven profitable revenue growth and improved performance. I drive success by ensuring alignment between the Company’s long-term vision / goals, and the strategies we execute to drive financial performance. My experience includes running the global finance, M&A, strategic operations, pricing, controllership, facilities and financial shared services function. I have also driven value in partnering with an acquiring organization, ensuring our sales organization achieves revenue and billing targets, and supporting the manufacturing team as they solve global supply chain problems. I believe that the answers are available if we ask the right questions and engage / motivate the team to achieve their very best.As a former Olympic rower, I learned the power of a high performing team and how together, we can accelerate even the most aggressive of goals and dreams. It gives me such pride to watch the next generation, whether they be rowers, my nephews paying baseball, or my colleagues as they move up in their careers. I support the next generation of rowers and the Olympic Team through the National Rowing Foundation and US Rowing; and I continue to build high performing teams through executive and board roles.
