My responsibilities included: • Managing relationships with over 90 partners in their content creation for en*theos. Partners included New York Times best-selling authors, award winning speakers and thought leaders in self-development, mindfulness and health.• Leading a team of 8 staff in creating over 40 online conferences = 500+ hours of content and reaching over 150,000 registrants.• Leading a team of 4 staff in creating over 500 online video classes = 300+ hours of content for membership offering.• Building Human Resource systems and policies.
