Coaching for performance and leadership development with Executives of the BC/Yukon Region, reporting to national manager of performance coaching group, key accountabilities and outcomes:• Facilitated a significant new Change Leadership philosophy and strategy through divisional training of executives & leaders; followed up and validated through coaching• Drove financial scorecard results by providing hands-on sales/ performance/ leadership coaching to P&C Canada’s Regional VPs and Branch Managers • Challenged, Mentored and Coached key Assistant Branch Managers and Branch Managers to develop their 'Brand Value' and divisional 'bench strength' to successfully be promoted into next level roles• Created, set up and delivered leadership forums and workshops that supported the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the performance coaching program, providing information and education on coaching accountabilities and behavioural science basics

Sample project work:• As the Canadian workforce expert - researched, consulted and advised to potential globally based immigrants on Canadian and Provincial employment and workforce trends and opportunities. Created and provided workforce assessment and reports.• Successfully negotiated partnerships with 19 employment agencies in order to bid on 6 Provincial RFP contracts in 6 separate employment regions in BC for the new Government Employment Program. Also part of elite RFP team that wrote 6 proposals that resulted in the successful award of the largest financial dollar 5 year contract valued at $66.4 million for new Employment Service Centres in BC.• As Provincial Director - responsible for the planning, start-up and launch of 3 Employment Centres in BC, including the leasehold improvements, supplier negotiations, creation of all policy and procedures, hiring, organizational development, onboarding, partner negotiations and governance, Government liaison, and creation of the structure and operational procedures, and talent attraction and retention for a launch of a new organization within a time-frame of four months• Designed a comprehensive nine module (competency based) Leadership Development Program for a major Canadian Retail Company, including a leadership competency mapping process for their three levels of leadership as well as a new Interview & Hiring Guide and train-the-trainer
