ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that all visa applications such as; Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits, & labor cards are presented and completed on time in order to comply with Government laws and regulations.Ensure all license applications, official approvals and permits are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations.Process documents such as trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court and Traffic Department.Check for any updates on local laws and ensure compliance with the same.Excellent knowledge of UAE Local laws, regulation and procedure.

ResponsibilitiesProvides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information organizing work answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.Booking staff annual tickets and preparing all official letters.Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.Filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents. Ability to accurately maintain computerized and manual filing/documentation systems. Creating invoices, filing receipts and dealing with all financial documentation. Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
