--Assist patrons at the Reference Desk with Special Collection requests and locating books in the Stacks --Organize and manage the Charles A. Hoffman Medical Library: process collections related to the Hoffman Library, including creating and updating finding aid; shift books to combine multiple collections and arrange according to the LOC classification system; create displays related to the Hoffman Library; perform some cataloging tasks, such as adding copies or changing location codes--Develop a Rare Book Collection policy--Assess books for inclusion in Rare Book Room --Identify rare books for an American Primers collection --Assist with collection development of West Virginia Special Collections--Create displays for the Reading Room and Morrow Stacks--Retrieve and scan interlibrary loan requests --Attend and participate in all department meetings
