FREUD is a worldwide leader in producing circular saw blades, cutting heads and router bits for woodworking market. Reporting to the Industrial Director, I oversaw the production plant in Fagagna, with over 350 employees, focusing on lean manufacturing and technological innovation. Key achievements:° Conducted a complete review of production flows, optimizing existing assets and introducing new machineries to meet growing market demands.° Enhanced the continuous improvement program aimed at reducing downtime and increasing productivity in critical departments.° Improved throughput time for critical SKUs to meet market requirements.° Strengthened the quality area improving customer claims and defectiveness rate.

FIAMM is a leader in producing energy storage solutions for automotive and industrial applications. Reporting to the group Industrial Director, I managed Veronella automotive production facility with over 370 employees. I transformed operational management by introducing lean manufacturing processes and improving both financial and operational outcomes. Key achievements:° Implemented the "Fiamm Manufacturing System," a lean production project that optimized workflows and improved overall efficiency.° Led the introduction of a new product range, focusing on sustainability and innovation, ensuring rapid launch times and commercial success.° Promoted a safety culture, reducing incidents and increasing operational awareness among teams.° Achieved the record in production output with significant reduction of quality issues

Montecchio Maggiore (Vi)

I led the engineering department at headquarters, overseeing the strategic Capex plan across multiple international sites and managing a team of engineers in five manufacturing plants. My role centered on driving technological innovation in battery production systems and leading the localization of products for different markets. I was responsible for the industrialization of new products, ensuring seamless integration from concept to full-scale production. I fostered the exchange of best practices across all plants, enhancing operational efficiency and standardization. Additionally, I spearheaded key strategic projects from drafting technical specifications to overseeing the successful commissioning.

Avezzano, Abruzzi, Italy

I led the complete renovation of the Avezzano plant, a key strategic project for Fiamm aimed at restructuring the industrial footprint of the AGM battery business. This complex initiative involved coordinating international engineering teams across multiple sites and managing the relocation of production lines from the Almisano (IT) and Mlada Boleslav (CZ) plants. The project encompassed a full-scale refurbishment of civil works and environmental facilities along with the installation of advanced technologies, such as Con-Cast for negative plate making. I successfully oversaw a significant multi-year Capex plan exceeding €18M ensuring seamless execution while also restructuring and strengthening the local engineering team at Avezzano to support long-term operational excellence.

Reporting to the Plant manager, I was accountable of manufacturing engineering team with focus on process engineering, operational excellence, performance improvement, industrialization, Capex (1.2+ M€) and Opex (0.8+ M€) management, mechanical & electronic maintenance, tool room & prototyping dept.

Reporting to the General manager, I led the start-up of the new Danieli production plant, based in Changshu, managing all the manufacturing departments and production offices: mechanical machining, steel work, assembly, production planning and product industrialization.

Maranello (Mo)

Reporting to the Head of powertrain technology, I was in charge of managing indutrialization process for both aluminum and steel components of new V8 and V12 engines from feasibility study until large-scale production. Focus on production costs (equipment OEE, labour efficiency, scrap and process defectiveness) and operational excellence projects.

Reporting to the Head of powertrain technology, I followed the construction of the new mechanical machining workshop for producing powertrain parts of Ferrari and Maserati engines. I was accountable on new investments, layout developement, cost evaluation and relocation of production equipment (FMS machining centers, grinding machines, 3D measuring equipment, tool-room machineries, etc...) until final commissioning.

Mechanical designer of components and sub-assemblies of paper printing press (flexographic and rotogravure technologies) using CADRA and FEM softwares. Responsible for the start-up of Solid Works 3D modeler.
