My role is accountable for determining development programmes for individual clients and growing the accounts both sustainably and profitably and overseeing the client project teams to ensure successful project delivery to time, cost, quality and client satisfaction whilst optimising profitability. A main part of my role is managing client and new business opportunities through the Bid Management process. I mobilise and lead the Bid Team to prepare and submit tender responses, working with the studio and estimating team to gather the information in order to deliver the best solution. I act as senior point of contact and lead in the delivering of client pitches and presentations (as second to the Managing Director).
