Also responsible for training patients that are new to peritoneal dialysis in order for them to perform dialysis at home. Clean, dress, assess and access central venous catheters for treatment. Perform assessments on patient pre/post treatment as well as medicate according to doctor's orders Accurately document required assessments, medications given, and other pertinent information.
