After a good run in this role, I was given the opportunity to move back into a full time recruiter role and less of a generalist role within Adecco, which afforded me time to focus on business development within the company and ultimately launched me into a direct placement recruitier role. I enjoyed my time as an On-Site Supervisor at AHA...it was one of my favorite jobs!
