Mentoring and coaching are part of my day to day work; I love helping others to shine.One of my superpowers is communicating and collaborating well at all levels of the organization, from software engineers to C-level execs. That means both speaking the language and creating user stories, detailed technical requirements, process flows, wireframes and prototypes, change management plans, powerpoint presentations, strategic roadmaps and more.I have my PMP certification and expertise in classic waterfall methodology, but I've seen better results with Agile both for individual teams and at scale. I've done Agile coaching, been a Product Owner, and been a Scrum Master (PSPO/PSM certs)Through my non-profit work I have years of facilitation and conflict resolution training, along with a degree in social sciences, which means I have great tools for handling difficult situations at work.Outside of work I'm living the western massachusetts small homestead dream, with chickens, a big garden, a house build in 1785 and a LOT of snow in the winter.
