Produce, write and host a bi-weekly video show about the latest League of Legends updates on the official League of Legends youtube channel, iterating and changing the format through feedback and based on KPI's to improve viership numbers through the years

Lead all BR Riot Games monetization projects and initiatives (sales, promotions, general content management), providing support to both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging best practices and using monetization tactics aligned with the company mission.- Provide timely analysis of relevant KPI's- Keep track of monetization scenarios, allowing forecast and understanding of trend shifts- Coordinate portfolio expansion of payment methods (new options and potential partners), from biz definition through negotiation and implementation- Manage payment methods both in terms of partnership operation and dealing contract renegotiation to optimize payouts- Manage communication flow for all stakeholders (upper management, external partners, internal teams and final users) regarding monetization and payments projects

Coordinate and organize all the process related to the game release (contract signing to commercial release). Responsible for interfacing with developers and Mentez own departments (IT, Marketing, Product Managers, QA, Customer Service Team and Designers), following a project management methodology, leading the workflow, setting timeframes for the milestones and actively monitoring the whole process and feedbacking the stakeholders for quality and efficient releases.Also responsible for prospect game testing routines and QA Team leading, following a custom-made test methodology, focused on quickly indentify pros and cons based on local culture and market experiences.
