• Increased sales from 4 million € up to 11 million €• In charge of 12 French and Pan-European Accounts. -Department Stores: Galeries Lafayette/Printemps -Sports Buying groups: Intersport/Sport2000 -Sports specialist: Decathlon -Retail chain: JD-Chausport / Bluebox -E-com: SARENZA / SPARTOO/ Vente-Privée• Participate to the Go-to-market process and lead the development of account plans based on financial, sell through and account specific objectives and coordinate with the TOP 20 European Key Accounts .• Work in conjunction with the EMEA Strategic Account Director and other members of the team, to prepare, influence and secure business progression in line with goals on a seasonal basis thru GTM process and Preline..• Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow by category and by month, in order to optimize account opportunities. Work with account buyer and planner to ensure market and customer capacities are met. Manage the customer inventory position based on seasonal targets and sell-thru objectives.• Prepares and analyzes sales reports (forecasts and results) – sell through, sell in, futures order tracking, quarterly performance overviews.• Organize and conduct line and sample presentations• Explain and inform customers regarding the brand's strategic orientation, products, and marketing concept• Direct constant contact to our customers’ relevant decision makers in the purchasing departments and in the central stores• Recognize changes within the market and with the customer in good time, and reacting by developing suggestions; adjusting to the new situation quickly• Report in english to management • Collecting information on products, sales strategy and marketing appearance of our competitors, and forward information to our relevant internal departments
