Constructed the Client/Server application using PowerBuilder, Power-Tools Library, and SQL-Server on a NT Server, and used COBOL/VSAM/JCL to construct the legacy interface.• Developed a Federal JCAHO compliant medical complications profiler using the existing OMS object framework.
