During my internship, I focused on developing and enhancing core microservices in the banking sector, leveraging Java Spring Boot to create APIs and manage asynchronous messaging using MQ/Kafka. My work supported a leading Italian bank’s transition from a mainframe to a microservices architecture, implementing an "Abstractor" logic to ensure seamless compatibility with existing systems while optimizing performance and security. Key responsibilities included:• Designing and modifying REST APIs, validating inputs, and applying business rules.• Managing asynchronous communication via message queues for request handling and notifications.• Interfacing with mainframe systems using CTG connectors and orchestrating services for data enrichment.• Collaborating in an Agile team, coordinating tasks, and resolving challenges with stakeholders.• Developed a Postman workplace to enhance API testing and teamwork collaborationThis experience provided hands-on expertise in enterprise-grade microservices and API orchestration within the core banking domain.

Main Project: Anabix.it•Developed and Programmed robust front-end and back-end of Web & Mobile Application for livestock stables tracking over an electronic invoicing web management system including legal and veterinary documentation.• Educated, guided and monitored the users of the web application.• Collaborated with other developers to correctly integrate custom module in existing software project.• Discussed with the company's accounting consultant in order to setting goals feature for the application to ensure future success of the company.• Presented the application to new potential clients and explained them the reasons why the application could help them solve their business processes more efficiently and optimized in order to acquire new customers for my company.• Communicated via daily mails, calls and face to face meeting to discuss about new feature to improve the company process workflow and correct previous implementations of the web application.• Criticised and analysed leaks in the old version of the management system.
