Caval is the Manager of Wealth Services with Innovation Wealth. Having worked in the financial industry for 18 years, she is intensely committed to supporting and empowering people through financial literacy. Her passion for her career has earned her a Wealth Professional Young Gun Award as well as a number of Qtrade Top Advisor Awards. Her expertise and financial acumen have led to multiple features on CTV's morning news, CBC radio as a guest expert on a variety of financial topics, as well as being interviewed in a number of nationally published news sources such as the Globe and Mail and BNN. Her strong media presence led to an opportunity to work with FP Canada as one of their Media Ambassadors, a position she has enjoyed since 2020. Caval is an empathetic leader who is dedicated to the growth and success of the team as a whole. She is a continual learner, always looking for ways to grow herself and others personally and professionally. This lead to her work with Saskatchewan Young Leaders, an organization dedicated to growing and empowering emerging leaders in the Credit Union System.As a passionate advocate, Caval has held executive board positions locally and nationally with Business and Professional Women fostering the professional and leadership potential of women through education, advocacy and mentorship. Her advocacy work led to a 2017 YWCA Women of Distinction Award Nomination and a 2017 CBC Saskatchewan Top 40 under 40 Nomination.
