I am the installation commander for Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, and the Nevada Test and Training Range. I lead 5,300 Airmen and assure mission success for the USAFWC, 6 Wings, and 52 tenant units totaling 15,000 personnel, 25,000 dependents, and 330,000 DoD beneficiaries. I manage the NTTR, $600M, 3.1M acres, 12k sq mile airspace. We host 18 Large Force Exercises a year. I command Air Combat Command’s largest hospital, 1,800 staff, $300M capital assets, $105M budget. We enable DoD’s only CONUS Air Expeditionary Wing providing 24/7/365 armed overwatch for all of DoD and allies.

Vice Commander for PACAF’s 15th Wing composed of 4 Groups, 18 Squadrons & 11 Wing Staff Agencies. Provided command functions for the full spectrum of air operations supporting global contingencies. Provided airlift and air dominance for the Commander, USPACOM & PACAF. Managed the US’s busiest joint use airfield with 14k+ sorties / 450+ DVs annually. Responsible for F-22, KC-135, C-17, C-37 and C-40 aircraft.

I assisted USD(AT&L) on national security matters involving DoD tactical aircraft/weapons programs totaling $11B/year. USD(AT&L) Action Officer for Advanced Capability and Deterrence Panel, Aerospace Innovation Initiative, strategic portfolio reviews, F-22 & F-35. I chaired Integrated Integrating Product Teams, planned Overarching Integrated Product Teams & Defense Acquisition Boards, wrote Acquisition Decision Memorandums, led resolution of acquisition strategy and Service planning issues. I integrated DoD analysis of industry base, technology, future planning, strategy, policy, and warfighting requirements.
