In 2001, I began my career in the finance & mortgage industry with experience managing 100+ Loan Originators and leading branches to becoming the top ranking mortgage companies city & state-wide. In 2013, I began my journey with NRL Mortgage where I now operate multiple successful branches nation-wide. Coming off the heels of a milestone couple of years, the NRL Mortgage Mount Adams Group has achieved over $1.3 billion in production since 2020 while adding multiple branches and plenty of talented new team members along the way. One of my greatest accomplishments in leadership has been being distinguished as a Top Workplace by Cincinnati Enquirer every year since 2018 and being named on the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work list yearly since 2019. As a business owner, having the opportunity to foster an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day and have the ability to grow within our organization, all while helping people, is something I will always be grateful for. Outside of my mortgage career, I carry an entrepreneurial spirit that has brought me into owner and partnership roles with 3 other businesses. Just down the street from our NRL Mortgage office in Mount Adams is Bow Tie Café. As a Mount Adams resident myself, Bow Tie has been a way for me to bring a home for conversation & community to my own neighborhood since 2010. The excitement that business ownership brought led me to acquire South Beach Wax, an organic wax salon committed to helping clients feel their very best since 2012. South Beach Wax provides waxing, tanning, non-surgical beauty treatments & concierge-level customer service to each and every client. Most recently, I’ve joined a group of 6 other Cincinnati-local partners & co-founders in bringing our newest mission to life. King City Gardens holds a Level 1 medical marijuana cultivation license and will be Ohio’s largest craft medical cannabis cultivator & distributor, located in Cincinnati. All cannabis grown on site will be harvested, tested, packaged and shipped directly to its dispensary customers. This new boost in locally sourced medical marijuana supply could be life-changing for those that need it most
