• Responsible for carrying out credit appraisal for mid and large corporate. • Conducting financial statement analysis (ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis), industry analysis, business analysis, etc.• Interacting with the top management regarding their business outlook, overall strategy & credit risks.• Conducting due diligence by interacting with bankers, CA & other intermediaries.• Preparation of rating note & presenting the detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis to the Rating Committee.

• Responsible for conducting credit appraisals for small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries for term loans and working capital limits (Fund based and non-fund based).• Carrying out detailed financial analysis of historical financial statements of clients, preparation of projections based upon past trends, future growth plans, industry analysis etc.• Thoroughly verifying bank statement of operational bank accounts of the client to evaluate routing of funds, repayment discipline.• Conducting due diligence based upon discussions with CA, suppliers, customers and other third parties associated with the client to verify credentials.• Preparing detailed credit proposals for clients based upon their requirements by interacting with the top management/ promoters of client companies to understand their funding needs.• Portfolio handling and servicing of existing clients.

Performed concurrent audits for nationalised banks. Responsible for identifying revenue leakages, ensuring compliance related advances, KYC as per RBI guidelines, performing stock audit, etc.

During the period of training was commissioned on various assignments for conducting statutory and concurrent audits.
