I was the only sales assistant from ICA Home Décor to be called back and interviewed for the position at Artboxx Framing; therefore, I became Sales Assistant to six (6) local and remote Business Managers, as well as the Chief Merchandising Officer, managing my time in such a manner that I could provide the best possible support to each. As part of a small, hands-on team, I was called upon to perform my past functions, as well as assist with various tasks for different departments (i.e., packing samples, labeling boxed product for shipping to DCs, generating marketing material), and office/warehouse closing.

Initially hired to provide sales support for the wall art and decorative departments for the Target account, due to company financial struggles, I, along with the other Sales Assistants, became part of a collective group of assistants pulled to provide assistance to all Business Managers, depending on skills required. I was called mostly to perform highly-detailed job functions, such as completing item set-up forms on Excel sheets or customer web portals, coordinating projects from Design to Sampling to Pricing for customer meetings or Plan-O-Gram/end cap/promotion refreshes, and checking the inventory of close-out/opportunity buy items.As part of a larger team, comprising of various departments, I helped to merchandise the wall art in both our main and close-out/opportunity buy showroom, on as-needed basis.In addition, I coordinated sample shipments (ensuring samples were made, photographed, packed, and shipped on time), submitted office and kitchen/customer snack supply requisitions, held New Product Introduction meetings, with various departments, to ensure the new items rolling out to various stores shipped and delivered on-time and with no issues, assisted with customer meeting preparations, and performed other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

My unwavering loyalty allowed me to stay to coordinate the closure, when even the Office Manager left before it was finalized.
