Currenta. Gather, understand, and document customers' business needs by directly engagingcustomers, working with software developers, implementation teams and ProductManagers.b. Absorb and extend existing functional designs or create new ones, depending onproject scenario.c. Create technical designs based on functional designs, including use cases, mockups,process and data flow diagrams, etc.d. Ensure development team understand project requirements and design, provideestimates of efforts, and create Statement of Work for Product Manager approval.e. Guide development team to ensure development is completed per requirements, ontime, meeting performance benchmarks, and with quality.g. Create and update product-related documentation and training material promptly.Provide training during new team member onboarding and when new features aredelivered.h. Engage outside business partners for 3rd party integration from a technicalperspective.i. Product quality and support. Take ownership of product quality. Identify factorsimpacting quality and mitigate potential risks.j. Leverage internal programs to deliver product features with the highest quality.k. Serve as escalation point or directly engage in customer support issues. Guidedevelopment team to deliver resolution per Service Level Agreement.l. Focus on issue root cause analysis. Provide suggestions on and implement correctiveactions to reduce future issues.m. Embrace our Continuous Improvement culture in all aspects of product management:feature sets, quality, utilization, competitiveness in the marketplace, customersuccess, etc.n. Collaborate with other teams to achieve customer success throughout sales and golive process, and on an ongoing basis.o. Maintain focus on reducing support issues. Develop a base understanding of pricing and competitive landscape in productofferings in the U.S. market.
