Hi! I am CA qualified in July'21.I began my career as an Associate in the Assurance Business Unit, specializing in the Real Estate sector. During this time, I had the privilege of working with major real estate clients across Canada, focusing on Common Area Statement audits and Real Estate Audits in accordance with ASPE and IFRS. My role allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and the complexities involved in financial reporting and compliance.Additionally, I acquired specialized knowledge in RECA filing for the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia.As I advanced to the role of Senior Associate, my responsibilities expanded to include reviewing work, coordinating tasks among teams, and attending client meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs within tight deadlines. My focus has always been on maintaining excellence in all deliverables and fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.I'm passionate about the intersection of real estate and financial assurance, and I look forward to continuing to grow in this field while contributing to the success of the clients and teams I work with.During my articleship, I have gained exposure in GST Audit, Tax Audit & Statutory Audit for clients across various industries including Automobile, Trading, Health Care, Educational, Real Estate.Few Achievements:AIR 113 in NFLAT exam conducted by National Council for Financial Education powered by SEBI-RBIState Rank 27 in Maharashtra Talent Search Examination.Scholarship Holder in exam conducted by Maharashtra State Council of Education.
