Gradely is an e-learning product for K-12 students. Our goal is to personalize students' learning experiences by recommending the most relevant learning resources to the student at the point of need.As the product lead, I was responsible for the general product strategy. Maintaining the product road map, coordinating product feedback and research, designing the user interfaces and mapping the customer journey.I have overseen user growth to 100k+ users with a user retention rate of 25% and an MRR of $10k and growing. I also supervise the content team to develop curriculum-aligned assessment questions and video content.

As the lead user experience designer on the team, I supervised a team of 5 junior designers and interns. I was also responsible for maintaining a high-quality design standard by creating and managing the organization's design systems and making myself available to onboard or support my other design team members.On a day-to-day basis, I collaborate with business analysts, engineers, product managers and clients to deliver different projects on time and to the desired specifications.

Designed the Quizac mobile app used by about 20,000 students to assess their mastery of any academic topic by playing a multi-player quiz game with friends from any part of the world.Executed the content collaborator initiative that allows Quizac to build it’s question bank from 4,000 questions in 5 subjects to over 50,000 in 15 subjects. This was done by working with education experts to curate, moderate and review questions.
