I am a recent graduate of Madison College earning my Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and a certification as a Certified Paralegal from Thomson Reuters. I will be attending University of Wisconsin Whitewater this Fall 2024 semester to continue and obtain Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies.My goal is to leverage my education and credentials to pursue a rewarding career in the legal field.I have over four years of experience in the insurance industry, where I worked as a claims customer care center representative for American Family Insurance. I handled auto, commercial, and farm/ranch claims, filed first notice reports, and negotiated settlements. I also gained valuable knowledge and credentials in claims management, insurance services, and general insurance from The Institutes. Additionally, I have developed proficiency in using Westlaw and Lexis for legal research and document preparation, as well as customer service and communication skills. I am passionate about applying my insurance and legal expertise to provide quality service and support to clients and stakeholders.
