Manage occupational testing for local and national employees in efforts to keep a company of 7000+ employees in OSHA compliance. Responsible for keeping the drug free workplace policies enforced by setting up random, post-accident, and pre-employment drug testing. Assist in administering applications and testing for production workforce, and processing production employees chosen for hire.

While managing needs of the center as well as participant needs, I am responsible for verifying employee status in Lawson, and overseeing a fitness program for employees outside of Southwire's corporate location. I keep our living well participants on track weekly by sending them some tips on how to improve in various areas of their life. I run various reports using specific inputs in order to categorize and award our members. I am responsible for scheduling aerobics classes, making changes to the schedule to accommodate our participants' desires, track participation in the classes, and request payments for instructors and personal trainers.
