About Cayla Chipperfield

I am a 2024 graduate of La Salle University who obtained a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing with a minor in Sports Management. I am currently a Game Day Operation Staff Member on the Promotional Team at the Philadelphia Union, and Abington Club Kids Camp as a Marketing Intern and Operations Assistant. I chose to pursue marketing because I have always been able to think creatively and voice my ideas. Furthermore, I have always enjoyed playing and watching sports so the mix of planning and managing with sports management, would be a good career choice for me. My peers would describe me using many words. Two words to describe me are dedicated and flexible. I have learned to be dedicated to everything I do. Since a young age, I always wanted to submit work that was to the best of my ability. I have always felt that if I was putting my name on something, it should be my best work. I would work tirelessly until each task I attended to was perfect to me. While working at my summer job for the past 9 years, I have had to adapt to working with my fellow new coworkers and multiple bosses. I have been able to show my flexibility in being their friend and also showing them the ropes in the day to day functions. I am looking forward to making new connections in the marketing and sports fields and am open to future internships and jobs.
