I’m an entrepreneur, business owner, outdoor enthusiast, and food lover, passionate about nutrition, food systems, and wellness. As I explore opportunities in both the health and food sectors, I am particularly drawn to sustainable, science-backed solutions that improve healthspan, lifespan, and contribute to a more ethical, nourishing food system.In 2014, I co-founded Lamplighter Brewing Co., driven by a mission to spread happiness through exceptional products, memorable taproom experiences, and meaningful community engagement. What began as a modest business plan has grown into a thriving operation with multiple locations, profound community influence, and an exceptional team. Throughout this entrepreneurial journey, I’ve discovered a talent for nurturing and steering startups to success, sharpening skills in operations, product development, financial strategy, and integrative leadership.In 2023, I stepped away from day-to-day operations at the brewery to pursue a degree at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Now, I’m focused on sectors like personalized medicine, bioinformatics, and health tech that empower individuals to live longer, more vibrant lives, as well as food tech, alternative protein, and sustainable systems and sourcing.
