The Employment Services Program Lead provides support and leadership to government-funded employment services programs within the YMCA of Central East Ontario Employment Services. The Program Lead assists with program start-up and helps to establish key stakeholder and funder partnerships. The Program Lead works with the Employment Services Manager on program direction and policy development.
