Responded to incoming calls or chats as well as making outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing; addressed customers’ questions about loans, debt, and other services also processed payments.

As a customer service agent we were trained in taking calls to assist customers with anything from placing orders and facilitating returns, to locating products and scheduling deliveries for all of Williams-Sonoma brands.

Operaterated register and took drink/food orders in a fast paced environment, also made various handcrafted drinks. As backup lead I was responsible for cleaning, stocking, orders, inventory, and any other management duties.
