Kiaora, Hello! My name is Caylynn Titore. After 5+ years of working in the Hospitality industry, I jumped across into IT.I recently finished a Level 3 ICT apprenticeship with Estio training. I am now a RITTech-recognised IT technician and a member of BCS.I have been with Dolphin IT Solutions since May 2023. VoIP Communications Platform 8x8 – The Cloud Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) app I used to receive calls from users. This is linked to the Helpdesk phone. RingCentral – The second VoIP app for communication. Our Sales and Management team use this line. Physical/Virtual Network Configuration and Management Setting up switches, routers, wireless access points, and virtual private networks. Windows Remote Desktop Monitoring our client’s remote servers Resolving any conflict errors that occur in the server or websiteUsing basic Windows commands in Command Prompt or PowerShell to make changes to the system I have a formal education background in IT, and now studying towards a CCNA certification.In the next 5 years, I want to work in Cyber security, specialising in awareness training so I can provide a more "hands-on" approach.In my free time, I like to hike or walk along the beach, play video games on any platform, watch movies and craft character props from comics and films.
