Specializing in NYC's luxury real estate market, Caylyn has facilitated over $300 million of real estate transactions with a specific focus on the townhouse market. She has experience representing individual owners, estates, and institutions. Caylyn’s drive, unparalleled work ethic, and attention to detail, are all qualities that have contributed to her success. In July 2016 she was recognized as a Top 75 Agent by The Real Deal magazine as a member of the Jed Garfield Team in their annual ranking of Manhattan’s residential agents. In September 2017 she appeared in the Nationwide / International issue of Top Agent Magazine which features the top producing and most accomplished professionals in the real estate industry. Caylyn is originally from outside of Boston and attended the Dexter-Southfield School prior to earning her Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. At Skidmore she was a member of the nationally ranked Skidmore College Field Hockey team and was a recipient of the Thoroughbred Award, given for her dedication, perseverance and commitment to the team. Caylyn continues to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry and cultivate new industry relationships as a member of the New York chapter of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
