I believe that my strength and value in the field of behavioral health is largely based on my ability to build solid and trusting rapports. I am transparent, authentic, and work a rigorously honest program; I feel as though I model hope and a chance for change for anyone willing and able to do the work. My philosophy is based on needing to get uncomfortable to get comfortable and needing feel/process the pain in order to heal.
