The position is based on a project approach, with the main focus on : - Reconciling, monitoring and streamlining the integration of a plant's Purchase Price Allocation, as well as monitoring a range of integration issues (account reconciliation within the framework of two separate ERPs, review of US GAAP vs. FRENCH GAAP mapping) - Supporting the creation of an efficient finance team, with the implementation of monthly reporting packages and discussions with the Accounting Director on the best practices to be implemented (WorkFlow Cadence, automated North American consolidated reporting, etc.). Corporate management control tasks: - Monthly management of shared services (HR, Finance, IT). - Implementation of a North American IT billing system and review of the transformation of group IT billing.
