As the founder of Trailblazers: Women in Real Estate Investing, she is dedicated to increasing women's participation in real estate investing, aiming to raise their representation from 31.6% to at least 50%. Through Trailblazers, she creates opportunities for women to learn, network, and invest, empowering them to create wealth and achieve the freedom they desire to pursue their ambitious goals.Caytie's journey in real estate began in 2010 with her and her husband, Shane, managing their investment ventures. Today her focus lies in empowering more women to enter the $230T world of real estate investing through private money lending and other investment strategies.With a wealth of experience, she has made a profound impact on the lives of numerous women. From 2016 to 2022, she dedicated herself to coaching women in corporate America, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to 2016, Caytie expertly connected top female executives and philanthropists with their philanthropic passions and helped them create a lasting legacy as a nonprofit fundraising executive. This extensive work forms the foundation of her work in real estate and her empowering messages that she shares on stage.Caytie's expertise and dynamic presence have earned her invitations to speak at various prestigious events and organizations. Currently, they are temporarily living in Austin, checking it out and expanding their horizons. You could even call them nomads. In her leisure time, Caytie indulges in her love for travel, cooking homemade pasta, and savoring copious amounts of sushi.
