Responsible for $2.5bn+ of AUM across both direct equity and debt investments focused on the residential sector. Direct equity investments focus on buy-to-rent and build-to-rent (BTR) single family rental properties/developments across 19 markets. Debt investments focus on lender financing, whole loan/RTL/BPL purchasing and multifamily/condo construction lending.

Oversaw the company’s acquisition and market expansion strategy which included 11 property management related acquisitions, one strategic acquisition and 12 new corporate market openings.Built and managed the Portfolio Services Division to provide national property management and investment sales services to the institutional investor segment of the single-family rental asset class.
