This role involves the thorough running of daily routine administration tasks to assist Leeds City Council’s social housing services and contractors (Housing Leeds, Mears, Leeds Building Society). It also entails first-line IT and technical support over the phone and via online services to other LCC staff, repairs operatives and members of the public.I was required to undertake larning and usage of specialist software to provide essential services.
