I also made new brand introductions and maintained marketing strategies using Analytics daily. All while keeping a vibrant presence in the warehouse, wearing many hats, sometimes assisting on deliveries.As primarily a sales staffer, I welcomed thousands of walk-in customers. Showing them our warehouse, guiding them on what products suited them best based on their feedback of budget, time, space and other constraints. And lastly I would process their order and set up delivery times or load their vehicle. I sometimes opened the warehouse or closed the warehouse alone. That is not to say I had no help, but sometimes it was lacking because of the demand.I took calls and texts at all hours, once masterminded a 3 truck-load equipment rental for a NASCAR Commercial. The Facebook Ads I created in Q4 2014 and Q1 2015 always resulted in ROI better than 10:1, often times over 100:1. I was OSHA certified and felt confident using a forklift many times.In early 2015 I pivoted my focus to redesign our website; we dug deeper into a inventory management system to sync everything offline and online together. I helped create our in-house private label brand, Strencor, where we sourced or manufactured mostly cross-training and strength training items. In my last few months with CFE, I brought forth a few specific product lines based on customer feedback and my own hunch from Amazon search figures I stumbled on.
