Performed training assessments and lifestyle evaluations (ie. diet, employment, goals, commitment, outside influences, injuries, and past workout experience) to determine training intensity level progression, along with providing basic nutritional guidelines to stimulate the metabolic rate and increase effectiveness of training program. I hold myself responsible (to an extent) for my client’s motivation and follow through. Along with teaching my clients how to exercise properly and effectively, it is my intention to instill in them the confidence that they will succeed, the motivation to remain consistent, and the desire to lead a healthier, more active life.
