I served as a PMO in the construction industry, with extensive experience in resource management and successful project execution. I established standards and guidelines for project management, monitored compliance with internal regulations and procedures, tracked construction cost control and cash flow management for decision-making, and collaborated with the Commercialization Management to develop new business and establish business relationships.
