With more than 20 years experience across many areas of the design and advertising industry – from account, project and production management for print, web and TV, to strategy and brand development – I have gained an intricate knowledge of the advertising and design industry .For the past 16 years, I have worked at DNA Design, based in Wellington, New Zealand www.dna.co.nz and am currently in the position of Account and Production Director, as well as part of the senior management team and a company shareholder. Over my time at DNA, I have helped grow the company from a small design firm into a major design, web and brand development agency. Working with top clients such as Telecom New Zealand, The National Bank, Victoria University, and NZ Post, I have helped provide creative, innovative solutions for my clients, have managed sensitive and complex projects on their behalf and fostered strong, long-term relationships. From simple print and multimedia projects to leading the brand direction of large corporate clients, I have learnt, adapted and grown with the industry. In my role as a team and business unit manager, I lead by example – working well with a whole range of personalities and temperaments. By coaching and mentoring team members, I aim to get the most out of my team – for the company and our clients. I am a creative, innovative thinker with a strong track record for successfully achieving major projects on time and within budget. I am excited about our move to Brisbane and being part of the design and advertising landscape, so watch this space.
