Develop and manage systems and strategy for procuring all Store Equipment, Ancillary and Consumable goods. Quantify, procurement and management of all Fixtures & Fittings, building a credible library of systems, processes and documents. Coordinate and manage Stakeholder Relations along with Internal and External Consultant's. Develop and manage Supplier relationships, ensuring quality, specifications and performance. Construct and manage all documentation of Project expenditure (Capex) and Project Programme Schedules, communications and reporting, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. *Created and managed an effective system to quantify fixtures & fittings including consumables for Large Scale projects ranging in US$ 600,000 to US$ 1.300,000 with Lead times of 5 months. Maintained required flexibility and reduced costs by minimising overages and providing fully detailed documents for installation. *Tracked all plan & equipment variations to ensure mitigating risks are identified and all details & requirements are still met for installation and approval. Ensure post project surplus equipment is at a minimum – first project undertaken resulted with least fixture excess post project in lifetime of company brand set up.. *Implemented and documented a robust sound system to identify, track, on sell and on charge fixtures & equipment held not only by the Support Centre but also across a nationwide Store network. *Made measurable improvements in programme administration resulting in effective reporting, stakeholder buy-in and resource planning, budgeting and tracking progress on large-scale projects. *Self taught requirements of role while simultaneously self-teaching software, maximizing its usability and progressed knowledge and capability of microsoft project / programme 's as well as becoming subject matter expert for Fixtures and Fittings.

Client Relationship & Development Management of the Store Design Department to produce all plans & documentation, tracking & delivery of all variations and plan / joinery details for New Stores, Refurbishments & Relay Projects.
