Supervise and Conducts Preventive Maintenance of all equipmentProcess Government Permits on Technical MatterHandles and ensures 100% Close-out of Defects and Liabilities on UnitConducts Testing and Commissioning, and Punch listing of Equipment and Common AreaSupervise Multi-Skilled Technician, Security, Housekeeping and ContractorsMonitor and submit Waste Water Treatment Technical Report to Laguna Lake Dev’t Corp.Monitor and conduct Energy Conservation on Electric and Water ConsumptionAssess and consolidate submitted Bids and Quotation from different suppliersPrepares Technical OPEX BudgetReview and consolidate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Technical ReportReview and Approve Renovation Plans of Units submitted by contractors/sub-contractorsAssess all equipment breakdown and coordinate with person-in-chargeAssist Property Manager on over-all operationsAssist Head Office on Technical Report and Audit of the Building
