Ran all aspects of multiple workstreams for ORD Global Oustourcing Inventory project, spanning the entire Finance organization. Tied Global Outsourcing Inventory results to RCSA taxonomy. Ensured standard procedures were followed and documented appropriately. Global Finance Workforce Strategy: Identified roles across functional organizations that could be consolidated to identify synergies. Led deployment of resources and functions to strategic location strategy sites rsulting in $4.5M run rate save and additional $1.3M cost avoidance in one year. Built up pipeline of functions to near shore and off shore locations. Worked with departmental COOs leadership to identify strategic roles to outsource. Reported on headcount and budget.
