Back when I use to build computers with my dad at the age of 8, I have always had an interest in technology. I have since evolved to building ridiculously over the top computers on my own, for myself and many friends. I'm constantly watching for advancements in technology and try to keep up to date as much as I can in my free time. Since getting my CompTia A+, Sec+, MTA, CCNET, and MCSA certifications from Centriq Training I started working at Umbrella Managed Systems. I started at as a level 1 entry level service desk engineer, and throughout the years working here I've been promoted to a level 2 technician; then the Senior Service Desk Engineer; to a Production Engineer; over to Infrastructure Design Engineer; and finally in my current position, Service Manager over multiple departments . I have a wide range of experience from what I have absorbed by working at Umbrella from simple issues as printers not working going up to full network reconstruction to managing my departments over 15 techs. I've been a leading role in a total reorg of Umbrella where we changed every single tool we used, creating and enforcing new processes, how we approach serving our clients, and creating a way to pull data to keep track of tech KPI so we know we are moving in the right direction.Apart from technology, I also enjoy immersing myself with learning new things and meeting new people. I am a board game enthusiast and enjoy learning a new game as well as the strategic thinking required to compete against others. I enjoy video games, but more so when i'm playing with friends or on a team. I keep up to date with the newest physical work out techniques and schedules as well as implementing them to challenge my mind and body.
