In my role as Growth Manager from June 2016 - December 2018, I was involved in development initiatives within the firm. This largely focused on talent attraction but also included business development and marketing initiatives. In my first role with EIP, I set up and managed the in-house recruitment function. This was the first such role within the UK IP industry. I managed all recruitment into the business. This included Trainee Patent Attorney roles, Attorneys at Part and Fully qualified level as well as Paralegals & Records staff. I also managed the recruitment for the support functions such as Finance, IT and HR when required.

I was the Senior Consultant working in the specialist Patent and Trade Mark (IP) Division at Sacco Mann. I helped recruit IP Professionals into IP firms and Industry positions. During my time here I helped candidates with a first move In-House, moves within the In-House sector, returns to Private Practice from Industry as well as helping candidates move within Practice. My clients were based in both the UK and Europe.I assisted senior candidates with their definitive career move. This has included EU Heads of IP in Industry and Partners who were looking to move, either with or without a following.
