I was born and raised in Laguna, Philippines. My first job was as an English tutor in a Japanese on-line school. I studied B.S Agriculture in the University of the Philippines in Los Banos while working part-time as a tutor. Before working in Prialto, I worked for a telecommunications company for 3 years. I handled multiple lines of businesses there - financial care, customer care and technical support. I was assigned in Chat Support for 2.5 years. We handled almost all of the customer concerns there so I handled simple tasks from checking account balances to more complicated tasks like setting up separate phone security profiles for personal and business uses. I then worked for an ISP account for 6 months. I also worked for a ride sharing company for a year where I handled driver applications, DMV checks, background checks, and city/state compliance requirements.
