As the Sr. IT Engineer for multiple site, I lead a team of three Jr. IT Engineers and five IT Support Technicians in supporting these sites network infrastructure, communications infrastructure, and end user assets. My primary responsibility include: - daily communications with stakeholders, management teams, other Sr. Engineers and specialized teams.- Monitor and evaluate site IT infrastructure (servers, VM's, routers, switches, etc).- Train and mentor other engineers and technicians.- Review trouble tickets for multiple sites.- Serve as escalation point for high severity events.- Manage IT related projects and work with PM's to design and implement IT scope of large projects that may span multiple locations.- Evaluate and hire contractors for projects assigned.- Generate and obtain approval for purchase orders.- Conduct incident and change management.- Support regional sites as requested.- Serve as proxy IT manager when required.
