Chris A. Barker, an attorney with The Hartford, has over thirty years of litigation experience in state and federal courtrooms. He has also argued before appellate courts at both the state and federal level.After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, Mr. Barker subsequently earned admission to practice law before all of the U.S. District Courts of Alabama and Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
