Part of my role involves providing training to audiences of all sizes. I have hosted both in-person and remote sessions. I regularly aid users with basic troubleshooting to help diagnose problems they may be having. I then use this information to inform other teams within IS, which in turn allows them to resolve the issue more efficiently.In addition, I work closely with other teams and stakeholders to develop performance testing standards. I also collect and analyze performance testing data. I review our internal ticket data to look for patterns of issues and report my findings to leadership. I provide leadership with an informal snapshot report weekly and monthly as well as a more comprehensive quarterly and annual report on a variety of metrics related to support tickets, LMS engagement, anecdotal feedback obtained from surveys and performance data. I extensively test new applications or updates to current applications. The goal of this testing is to determine how the application will impact overall performance, develop updated training materials, and determine what customizations may be needed in our environment. I help maintain our LMS for the entire firm and assist users from other departments with the creation of on-demand print and video resources. I continuously develop new content that is up-to-date with our current environment. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Camtasia, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Power PDF, Smartsheet, Zoom, and many legal specific applications.Prior to this, I was an educator for 18 years. As an educator, I honed my day to day and long term time management skills. I am very adaptable and flexible and can work with a variety of personalities. I am comfortable designing and presenting engaging information to groups of people both large and small. I have not only taught children, but I have trained and collaborated with teachers and administrators.
